Sample is collected directly into sample container/s depending on whether a single or duplicate split is required. Container movement is control by a PLC ensuring accuracy and repeatability. Sample is fed through a vibrating feeder and is programmed to allow the maximum amount of cuts per sample to insure a representative sample. Sample containers hold up to 5kg of sample with the waste container easily interchangeable to allow for larger samples to be processed. Manual control makes flow adjustment easy for tricky samples.
